What the tool analyses
Your letter is evaluated against 6 criteria inspired by the expertise of Catherine Menay, orientation counsellor at Axiom Orientation:
- 🎯 Opening — is your first sentence impactful or a cliché?
- 📋 Concrete evidence — are your qualities backed by facts?
- 🎓 Knowledge of the programme — have you shown you truly know this programme?
- 📐 Structure — is your letter well-balanced (profile / programme / project)?
- 🗣️ Tone and authenticity — does your letter sound like you, or like a copied template?
- ✍️ Language and clarity — is the text clear, concise, free of major errors?
What the tool does NOT do
- It does not write your letter for you. It analyses and suggests, but the writing remains yours.
- It does not store your letter. Nothing is saved server-side. Your text is analysed then forgotten.
- It does not replace human guidance. A score of 25/30 doesn’t guarantee admission, and a score of 15/30 doesn’t mean all is lost.
